It's borrowed time?
borgen means to borrow in German.
I'm still grieving over losing Kakko, but on the bright side, I have transitioned from stage 2 - anger to stage 3 - borgening. As we get closer to game time, there is a sense of borgening confidence in this new addition to the team.
This face is as terrifying as the demoborgens on Stranger ThingsRangers trade big dud Kakko for big stud Borgen. Is this the end or just the borgening?

Borgen means 'the fortress' in Swedish.
Borgen means “fortification” in Norwegian.Borgen means 'the fortress' in Swedish.
I thought it meant "Castle". Similar to the Dutch word "Burgt"
Whatever "bad" he did wasn't anything near as bad as Miller bad or Jones bad lately. And it was his first game with new mates and new system. He was physical and heavy on opponents, cleared the crease in front of Igor, broke up Dallas' momentum in the d zone, something that sorely lacked among this group for a long time.He was all over the place, both good and bad.
Castle is more like the German 'Schloss'. Swedish 'Slott'
A 'borg' is a military fortification while a 'slott' is a residence for royalty or nobility. Obviously there can be an overlap but 'borg' points to the military purpose for defence of a city. Cf Swe. Fästning Ger. Festung which only has a military presence.
Let’s check in a month if he’s till doing thisHis physical presence in the defensive zone last night was immediately noticeable. Really liked what I saw from him last night against a really good team. It was so refreshing to see a defenseman actually play defense in front of the goalie!
