I thought it meant "Castle". Similar to the Dutch word "Burgt"

Castle is more like the German 'Schloss'. Swedish 'Slott'

A 'borg' is a military fortification while a 'slott' is a residence for royalty or nobility. Obviously there can be an overlap but 'borg' points to the military purpose for defence of a city. Cf Swe. Fästning Ger. Festung which only has a military presence.

He was all over the place, both good and bad.
Whatever "bad" he did wasn't anything near as bad as Miller bad or Jones bad lately. And it was his first game with new mates and new system. He was physical and heavy on opponents, cleared the crease in front of Igor, broke up Dallas' momentum in the d zone, something that sorely lacked among this group for a long time.

This is the intriguing thing about Germanic languages. A lot of similarities while other words can throw you off.

When I first visited Sweden back in 2017, the friends I was staying with had a 4-year old daughter. I didn't speak Swedish, she didn't speak English. So I tried communicating to her while speaking Dutch, slowly. And we were able to have a conversation, because of how much overlap there is.

That was a fascinating experience.

Almost finished off a highlight-reel goal on his chance where he cut to the net. I think he can fit well in a depth role here as long as stop asking the D to play absurdly aggressively. Otherwise, I’m sure he can get some additional value at the deadline if they keep falling off a cliff

His physical presence in the defensive zone last night was immediately noticeable. Really liked what I saw from him last night against a really good team. It was so refreshing to see a defenseman actually play defense in front of the goalie!
