Stat line showed he had 4 shots and the primary A on the GWG against Miami.
That's freaking weird. I only watched part of a period and couldn't pick him up, nor was he mentioned once. maybe he was in the dressing room with a nick, or equipment issue?

Glad he's ok, though.

I didn’t see any of the game at all, but I imagine it was something like that since the SCSU coach loves him and mentioned wanting to play him in all situations at season start.

Yurov with a strong start (13 pts in 21 games) while Khusnutdinov has not been able to maintain last year’s pace (3 points in 8 games since being traded to Sochi)

Was in and out of watching that game. He was fantastic. Iowa's forwards leave a lot to be desired though... It is a struggle to watch them.
Didn’t catch this one but in the couple of games I have seen I’m not really inspired by anyone. O’Rourke looks like he could be a decent bottom pair guy, especially if he continues to get stronger and meaner, but nobody else has really shown me they have game. Even Beckman I am skeptical will ever be a full-time NHLer.

Hey gang, I'm gearing up for the future because my fantasy team is the drizzling shits.

Any chance Wallstedt gets NHL time this year?

Regardless of how well he plays in the AHL, I think it would take injuries to both guys in front of him, or an injury to one of the guys in front of him and a very bad start of a game by the other. In other words, he's relief at best this year due to contracts.

It will only take a single week+ injury to bring him up, we have no organizational depth beyond him at G. But he would not be sticking beyond an injury timeline without out of this world play.
