We're CLEAN, we PROMISE!
wondering where it is written that you have to be an "elite" player to become Captain. For me, it has everything to do with being a leader. On the ice and in the room. Clearly Trocheck isn't the prototypical "elite" player, but I'll be damned if he isn't the type of player that would do "anything" for his team at any given time. Also, hardly seems to be introverted, which was a negative when it came to McD and others. But, what do I know.Igor
Maybe the reason why we keep having to trade our captains is because we give the C to non-elite players?
