Who is the softest team in the playoffs? Which team brings to most grit?

Bruins - 7 players averaging 1 hit per game, or less.
Carolina- 5 players
Colorado - 4 players
Dallas - 9 players
Edmonton - 3 Players
Florida - 1 Player
La - 0 Players
Minnesota - 8 players
Islanders - 4 players
Rangers - 6 players (Kane has 0 registered hits)
Seattle- 4 players
Tampa - 1 Player ( its Cernak and had he played more would be above 1 hit per game)
Toronto - 6 players
Vegas - 5 players
Winnipeg - 8 players.

Doesn't really show which team is soft and which isn't, just kind of shows which teams have players buying in and know a hit they throw could injure a player on the other team and might give their team the advantage.
Hits are also a great measure of puck possession. If one team in a series has much higher hit numbers, that probably means they don't have the puck as much as their opponent.

Bruins got killed on the forecheck, couldn't protect the front of their net, and lacked the mental fortitude to close a 3-1 series lead with home ice advantage. Soft as baby shit and the biggest frauds in the league.

Florida lead the league in shots generated off of board battles won. By definition they have the most "grit" in that category. Add player like Gudas, Tkachuk, Bennett and Lomberg and you've got a good group of pricks that will throw the hits. I think they're in the discussion for most gritty, especially with how Maurice's coaching style compliments those specific players who like to grind out their chances.

Softest has to be Carolina. Maybe the Jets too but honestly Carolina is a butter team. They'll need to play impeccable defense to be successful this year, thankfully for them they're capable of it.
I stand by this assessment.
