Which active players will be HHoFers someday? If you like another player, post him. @Dr Pepper @tarheelhockey
Thx, bro! I do research before starting any thread. I voted for Stamkos and all the players listed above him.Good post, OP
You can change your vote.I voted for everyone who I have absolutely zero doubt will make it. If I had any doubt whatsoever, I left them off. That said most of the rest have very good chances. I meant to vote for Kane too but forgot. He's in 100%.
... I also hesitated with Kopitar. ...
Yeah that's where I landed too just not really a sexy name. I have a feeling he probably won't be first ballot depending on the class around him, truthfully I think playing on the west coast hurts him a bit.
- 2x Cup Winner
2x Selke- 2x Byng
- 2021-22 Messier
- 1,231 Points
- Kopitar was ranked #161 All-Time 4 years ago by the History of Hockey Forum. He's a lock.
Bob and Vasi I think would be locks, Perry too because of his Hart. Other guys are more up in the air I'd thinkFeel like a list of players pretty much locks to be in the hall of fame outside of maybe Panarin and Rantanen but I think they will get there.
Add these guys to the list to make things interesting:
Giroux
Tavares
Perry
LeTang
Burns
Josi
Pietrangelo
Vasilevskiy
Bobrovsky
Considering how many players make it in, these guys are getting in too IMO. with 60-70 players getting in over a 20 years stretch, I'm not sure you can keep these guys out considering the standard that has been set.

EK is a lock. 3 time norris, 5 time finalist, will get over 1000 points as a defender. The only guy I have question about is Erik Karlsson. Everyone else I think has a good shot.
564 wins and part of the multi cup winning penguins, there's no way he's not heading to the hhof.I personally wouldn't put MAF in the HHOF but hes a nice guy and liked by the media/OBC so he'll get in.
