Just got a new lease on life I hope
Had some major shit with a heart surgery been on the mend for the last 5 months starting to feel kinda normal lol
Wow. Glad to hear that!! Scary stuff. Man, that is something that freaks one out.

I definitely understand to an extent as I have ongoing bouts of atrial fibrillation with tachycardia that come and go. I had cardiac ablation surgery in 2016 which fixed he issue for about 18 months, but unfortunately I am looking at a second go at surgery at some point once this "thing" is in the rear view mirror.

Amazing, isn't it? Those older generations were something. I remember vividly my grandfather had more energy in his 70's (when I was a kid) than I did in my 40's. No idea how he did it, but they rarely bought food from the store in summer.

I've had chronic health issues for over a decade, and he was the energizer bunny until his death (car accident). Those old Finlanders were a hardy type. My grandmother smoked until her death in her 90's, and avidly cross country skied well into her mid/late 80's. I rarely drink and never smoked, yet I have chronic issues like you.

Maybe I did it all wrong? lol
As a species we appear to get weaker and weaker each generation, no doubt everyone’s parents, grandparents, great grandparents lived tougher lives and were healthier for it............

Vitamin K2, it keeps the calcium in your bones and out of your arteries, it can actually reverse coronary calcification. Highly recommend looking into it if heart health is a concern.

Very true. I actually have a regimen I take. Been healthy for awhile other than the heart issue. Fortunately, I am blessed and had less than 2% blockage at the time of my surgery. They tried to get me on lipitor, but.....no thanks, not needed. Cholesterol and arteries are fine.

I take"

Vitamin D3+K2
Liposomal Vitamin C
Magnesium Bisglycinate

Zinc (on off cycles - depletes copper if too much taken)
Quercetin with the zinc.

I do pretty much the same, although I don’t cycle the zinc. By the way all the above (and melatonin) are suppose to be beneficial for fighting Covid.

Yes, exactly. I haven't been ill in forever. I'm not worried about Covid at all. I probably would have been very worried had I not discovered that combination while looking for something that would stop me from getting pneumonia, bronchitis, etc. on an annual basis. It stopped all of those (and colds) for the past 13 years.
