I know it's cherrypicking stats.... but that's legitmately crazy... he led the playoffs in EVP amongst defencemen, and was 2nd in goals, despite playing half the number of games.

Makes you think... if the Leafs could ever get a true point-shot for their powerplay, and go to a more traditional 3F/2D arrangement, just how many points he'd rack up on the PP to pad his totals.

He was the only player in this year's playoffs that we couldn't do without. Lose of AM, no issue, or MM, no issue.
He showed his real love of team. He obviously doesn't enjoy golf, and his girl (TV) is an ultimate competitor, nice to have that support.
