Completely agree with you, but Blackwood is a BIG problem, as he plays the most important position in the game and to this point, the staff (and/or management) has shown no intentions of parking him on the bench more often than not.

Blackwood was ALWAYS going to be a BIG problem with this team, but we don't have to play him. We traded for another goalie, signed him to a multi year deal for over $3 million per. We got to watch Blackwood play below average in the preseason (as well as the last 55 regular season games), we got to watch the other goalie WIN ALL OF HIS DECISIONS and stop over 2% more of the shots he faced and yet WE STILL f***ING GET BLACKWOOD TONIGHT!

Embarrassment from Ruff. He's earned this nail that tonight's loss will put in his coffin.

Two of the biggest problems on this team coming into this year are Blackwood and Ruff. I would argue Blackwood more than Ruff, but Ruff is the one that decided to play Blackwood today.

It was his call to play the goalie that performed mediocrely in the preseason and got ZERO wins when he got the decision.

The goalie who won EVERY decision he got and was a .928% is on the bench tonight watching a guy that was a .905% in the preseason, has been an .893% his last 55 regular season games is playing YET AGAIN TONIGHT!

The goalie that SUCKED for the last TWO SEASONS HE'S PLAYED WAS GIVEN THE START TONIGHT!

He's a shit head, he shouldn't even be in the NHL anymore.

I agree blackwood sucks but there really aren’t any stud goalies out there so can’t really blame Fitz. Just gotta hope the other guy is good or this will be a long season
