I have extensively diagramed it and discussed what I think is wrong and would change. I think I’m one of the few people that will talk X and O of positioning and philosophy.

The 3rd flyers goal is a good example of the useless defensive wingers and both defenseman leaving the slot leaving wide open slot shots too often.

I mean

Ruff needs to be fired sooner than later.

And I’m not angry at the guy, that’s how you try to solve this problem. Our systems are too loosey goosey.

And I don’t care that much about comparisons to pre-Ruff teams because there’s been a ton of player turnover.

Dmitrii Nikolayev, guys. You can check his stats for his age on eliteprospects. Guy is athletic, good mobile, good positioning, 22 yo. Was one of the best or best on any level.
