I can't get over how bad that Montour pass was for a shorty.
The one minute with OEL looked years better than any PP we've had for a while. Like how can anyone watch this series and say Montour is worth more than 7.5?

It may be time for Maurice to change the D pairings. Have Montour on the bottom pairing. He must be injured because he's been playing like dog **** in this series. Put OEL on the 2nd pairing with Nikola.
Tkachuk has finally arrived in this series - promising sign for Florida as he had to get going. Better late than never. He single handedly gave his team life with his goal. Florida came to play in the 3rd and almost tied it but man they need to have much better starts. They need to put in a full 60. The Oilers have, the Panthers havent in the last 2 games.

I don't think we can change the d pairings.. I think just slotting oel on pp is good.
We have to win 1 game.. that's it.
It's up to the team to figure out what worked second half that game and bring that rest of way.

It is what it is. They gave this game to the Oilers with the SHG. I knew from then on it was going to be a loss.

We haven’t had a lead since Game 3 ended. The only time it has been tied since then was when it was 0-0 for both games.

Got beat 3-1 in game 4, 2-1 in game 5, then beat the devils 6-1 in 6
We lost two straight vs the rangers, we then won 3 in row to close it then 3 vs the oilers, losing two sucks especially cause it just looked like we gave up until halfway through this game.
Were better on the road, and weve seemed to have gotten back into our groove with extra hatred.
Man im tired, got to leave for work in 5hrs

I think this is where we went wrong.
Arthur Morgan and John Marston are complex anti-heroes. They're horrible people with some redeeming qualities. They're sympathetic but it's tricky.
Next time, we should try an out-and-out hero. Someone whose morals are beyond reproach, like Tony Soprano or Walter White.
