I am always surprised when he throws downfield and completes it. So used to Brees and his ridiculous accuracy.
He has a receiver open on 3rd down and the throw is behind him. In 6 weeks, that may be a pick six.

It absolutely will be. I'm waiting on the Rattler .. I will say I like the look of the variety being brought to the playcalling. The vanilla stuff the last few years, combined with vanilla personnel was just awful to watch.

Dobbs is so fun when he's not being game planned against. Dude really plays backyard football and makes it work. Cost the Vikings multiple draft spots doing just this but it was fun!

I thought Niners backup (QB) Mordecai looked good last night. He was 4 for 6, with one of those incompletions basically on the receiver's hands.

Brian Flores just another angry man who ain’t worth shit.
A Defensive HC with a young QB should be relying on the OC for the QB development. The top 3 kids this past year are all in that situation. It's Waldron, Kingsbury, Van Pelt as the OC for the defensive HC.
Just a different mindset with coaches based on the side of the ball they are on. Defensive, they had QB mistakes. Offensive ones, can live with QB mistakes as long as they get better and can make plays to offset those mistakes.

Flores clearly wasn't the right HC for a young QB. He can coach a Defense, but even a Defensive HC still needs to be able to work with their QB.

Exactly, Flores was trying to be another Belicheck persona type person but he was trying too hard to be a miserable prick. All young QB's need that coach to help them get on the right track.

Pete Carroll was all defense but he helped Russell Wilson when he was a rookie, Pete's personality grows on people. Brian Flores has a personality of a chocolate covered onion.

Agreed. Never understood why so many owners hired off the BB tree when it clearly showed that none of them were that good away from NE, from Crommel, the guy who went to ND, to Josh in Denver, etc. down the line. Yet, they were still getting jobs as late as 2 years ago when stupid Mark Davis hired Josh.

No one was thinking about Joe Judge as head coach, they were hyping him up as another John Harbaugh cause was a special teams coach in Philadelphia. Problem is, John Harbaugh is a people person, he motivates, he plans all three phases of the team. Joe Judge motivated someone how to make orange juice from turnips. All bark, no bite.

If your coaching tree sucks, that's because your disciples were just there making you coffee. Riding the coattails off of a legendary head coach without doing anything once you branch off, just terrible.

How did he make out with his discrimination suit?

Believe it's still ongoing.

IDK what to believe about Flores the person, and Flores the Head Coach might not be too great either, but Flores the DC managed to take an atrocious Vikings defense that had nothing except Danielle Hunter and an old Harrison Smith and make them look competent last year.

This was Mike Zimmer's downfall. Never got along with any of his QBs besides Bridgewater and churned through OCs like it was nothing. Old school, for lack of a better term, defensive guys who don't care about offense like that can only last so long. Once Zimmer's once elite defense went to shit that was it for him.

Even the top Defensive HC need something from the O. Have to make it work with the QB you have. Cap just does not allow a great D to last a really long time. Plus injuries....

He isn't the right head coach period. Dude went through 4 OCs in 3 seasons. Reports from out of Miami said he would routinely go weeks without even speaking to his OCs, threw a massive bitch fit when Chris Grier took Tua over Herbert or more mystifying, Jordan Love.

It all kinda came out at once. Murmurs of the Dolphins locker room being toxic (Minkah Fitzpatrick was basically tossed to the curb by Flores), then Tua's personal trainer started taking shots at him on Twitter, then Jeff Darlington started to report on how much of a gongshow the coaching staff was.

I'm not the biggest fan of Tua as a Dolphins fan, but trying to sabotage your young QB because you're assmad you didn't get your guy is a bitch move and should disqualify him from any future head coaching gigs.
