These Nino Nedereitter looks like he'd be a good replacement for Dubois. He's big like Dubois, and goes to the front of the net, and is a 20 goal scorer. If PLD leaves, I think Nino can step into his shoes, and we won't miss much.

For this year tho, with Dubois back in the lineup, and our 2 new acquisitions, we should be a very competitive hockey team, against any team.

Ehlers still not looking like his old self out there ? Maybe it's a lack of confidence coming off hernia surgery, and hopefully with a little time going forward, we'll have the old Ehlers back -- I think we will. He's not bad out there, and he's speed is still faster than most NHLr's but he's not at the level he was in the past yet.

I don’t think we will see the real Ehlers until next season when he is fully healed and rested over the summer but he is still an important piece on this team even if he is not 100% per cent just no more drop passes.

I don’t ever want to see Stanley in the lineup again, unless there’s an injury. Samberg is infinitely better and should play every game. Pionk can take the next rest, if we’re rotating.

Well, it was a good thing I didn't take my mother's advise. As you recall, I asked her if the Jets were going to win tonight and she said "no!" I also asked her if I should bet all of my savings on Edmonton and she said to do it. Glad I didn't listen, either that or she secretly doesn't like me. All sweet on the outside, but evil on the inside...

It really was an entertaining hockey game, and yes, it too reminded me of the 80s NHL games. I give this game four random 80's gifs out of 5...
