I agree with others who have said hasty reactions are not smart. I have also spoken extensively about holding players more accountable instead of being so quick to demand the coach be fired.

That third period is the type of aimless, selfish, dgaf performance that should get the coaching staff removed.

Gorton is the architect of this team's foundation. He made some great moves but also made some awful moves. I don't get the fawning over him and the yearning for his leadership. I also don't think Drury has done anything drastically different than what you would have seen from Gorton. I get being down on Drury, but I don't get being down on Drury but thinking Gorton was great shakes.

Also, hating Gallant right now is also understandable, but he was the guy 95% of this board wanted.

Its the lack of a defensive and offensive structure that hurts them the most on the ice. Having someone implimenting a system would do wonders for our players. They would actually know where they are all supposed to go, especially on the defensive side of the ice

Coaching is a small part of the problem. This roster is dogshit. Too many passengers. Too many puckwatchers. Not enough guys willing to do the dirty work.

Zib & Panarin are the worst offenders. They both need a giant wake up call.

I kind of agree that Gallant is just Quinn with slightly better tactics.

We've struggled to develop forwards just like under Quinn because there's no standard.

And it's not just Laf and Kakko. Panarin and Zibanejad have the same weaknesses.

Only Kreider's game has improved under Gallant and he kind of just marches to the beat of his own drum.

At what point is Panarin going to get any sort of criticism? Look at the heat Tavares gets on a nightly basis and he has been world's better than Panarin this year.

He’s terrible. I honestly hate the way he plays Turnover after turnover. Like I said makes 15 bad passes and one finally gets thru and he’s a magician? Give me a break. Gets all his cookies on the pp next to a Norris winner a 50 goal net front guy and Mika ripping shots.
