We are still rebuilding, after all

I'm pissed off and annoyed, but then again those games don't mean anything in the big picture.

I'd like to smash thing and yell very loudly, but the thing is, they just need to step up when the real thing begins. Like they did in 86 and 93.

I still remember 93, the awful ending, the first 2 losses against the Nordiques... they were going nowhere.

Then, something happened.

But ever since leafs game I've gone from "ah, we'll bounce back" to "Hmm, its a slump, they were due for one I guess" to now "There is something wrong with this team".


Hasnt been much to cheer about this month. :(

Agreed. The good news is that we know we can be better, it's all about turning it around fast enough to be ready for the playoffs.
 
Ok lets look ahead a bit.
Right now every team wants to meet the habs in the playoffs.
The Habs look like losers that are full of holes and Price is swiss cheese.
All teams see this right now and any team that gets the Habs think the 1st round is already over in 4 games and by a score of 20-4.
well they can all be right, MAYBE! If I were the coach I would be very worried about the Habs coming out of their slump on my watch.
 
What was going on after the game that all the players were standing around waiting for?

I flipped over to UFC, and when I came back it was over.

I realize that, but that doesn't mean you DON'T answer the question you were just asked in order to give the translation to the last question you answered. The AC guys translate it anyway.

If you ask him: "What did you think of Eller?"

and he answers about how we didn't execute and how he thought Price is a proud athlete, kinda pointless to even ask the question.

The answer is in the 23 players in the dressing room.

But look whom I'm talking too.... You didn't think we were making the playoffs when we needed one freakin point to clinch a playoff birth over a week ago!:laugh:
 
Would be nice to see the Habs of the first 40 games play the last 3 games and get some points but I'm not holding my breath.

Marty and the Devils will probably shut the Habs out next game.. Our Habs are looking real bad right now. :(
 
I wonder if they should play Budaj to give Price some quality time with Groulx to get his game together and heal if he`s injured. Budaj will probably get lit up too, but the Habs playing like this won`t be winning anything anyway. It`s imperative that Price is ready for the PO (as well as the rest of the team ofc).

I dont know.. but if for some reason that is what they are doing (cause god i cant really think of another reasonable explination other than that) its either going to be pure gold or pure hubruis...

Depressing.. :(

Habs looks like in last season mode.. Our PP has to be the worst in the NHL right now, quite brutal, we cant even gain the offensive zone.. We are going to get killed in playoffs, it will be sad, shameful and depressing..
