Mercury retrograde well under way, just got a text from USPS "Unable to deliver your package". :silly:
Between this and the crazy eclipse energy, I'm going to try to take it easy until after the 8th.

When I was a kid, ABC always showed "The Ten Commandments". You haven't lived until you've seen Charlton Heston part the Red Sea.
This guy wasn't too bad either 😜

I have never tried those. Do they help with pain? (like arthritis)
Some do....I use them for keeping me calm around stupid people.

This makes me sad, he was absolutely hilarious on Freaks and Geeks. And for years I've been telling myself I need to watch SCTV but still never got around to it.

The "He died!" scene from Freaks and Geeks is something I quote a lot. Perfect delivery.

Rest in Peace, Guy Caballero. You too, Count Floyd.

Him and Eugene Levy doing the news was my favorite.

2 1/2 hours north of me got hit by a nocturnal tornado last night. It looks like everyone is ok but there is no water or power as of a few hours ago.

Puts things into perspective.

Nocturnal tornado is terrifying - during the day they are terrifying but add night time and it is a whole new level of fear. Thank goodness no one got injured or worse.

Now that I work on the hot side I am told I can make food for myself as long as we do our job

Made a little snack for myself for when I got home

First week back almost 60 hours. Nothings really changed we are down people. More people plan to leave as well and those people work in the section im currently in so they will lean on me more this summer.

I hope I get a raise by then “down the road” and “in the plans” wont cut it by june/july

Just got back from a week in the Gulf of California. I am seriously considering renouncing my citizenship and moving to Loreto, BCS Mexico. Amazing town and amazing people. Got to dive with a 30' Whale Shark on the last day.

Looks great. One of my best friends is extremely keen to go diving with whale sharks. You can do it here in Oz but the place to go is a 5-hour flight from where we live. I'm hoping he just gets on and does it sooner rather than later because it always seems to be amazing. But personally I'm just happy to view things from the boat!
