Gotta admit, LA rightfully won this series. They made the most of opportunities, and they were the much better team in games 6 and 7. I still dislike the Kings as much as ever, but I have to admit you guys definitely beat us. I don't know who I'll be rooting for the rest of the playoffs, but hopefully it's entertaining. You guys have a good team, with a good chance to win it all.

Congratulations on the victory. Maybe the tides are turned next year. :yo: ;)

well you guys are definitely in a better position than the Sharks that's for sure, at least the Ducks come out of the series with some answers rather than questions

they'll have a strong goalie tandem in Andersen/Gibson

bonino, beleskey, palmieri, rakell, etem, perreault provide strong depth

DSP is a beast in the making

fowler, beauchemin, lindholm, lovejoy, vatanen, allen, and sbisa are as good of a D-core as any

and with Selanne retiring and if Winnik and Koivu hit the UFA, we might get a taste of Anaheim's prospects Kerdiles, Karlsson, or Noesen

so ya the Ducks, unlike the Sharks, are heading in the right direction

Ducks aren't on the Blackhawks' level of possession, and the Kings were uneven in this series even so.

Even our healthy defense struggled against Chicago. Tell me you wouldn't take Mitchell or Regehr over him in a heartbeat, because everything's fine.

Of course I would take Willie or Reg's over Schultz. My point was it wouldn't 'send shivers down my spine' to have to play Schultz against Chicago and after game one now I'm even more convinced.
