He's nothing like Ovechkin or Matthews aside from being big, strong and a great goal scorer. He's probably the best passer in the league while also being one of the best goal scorers.

Closer to the best aspects of both those players, but a little less consistent. There are games where he is the best player in the world. There are also games where he is the worst player on the ice. He is a far better distributor than either Ovy or Matthews, not as good defensively as Matthews, and not quite as dynamic as Ovy. Probably dirtier than both of them.

He's a weird player to define, really.

I'd say worse. Nurse screws up a lot, but he plays a ton of minutes and he and Ceci work kinda well together. Ceci looks a little lost out there tonight. More than usual.

I would say Vegas is missing Petro more, though, especially on the PK.
