He plays better when his team works hard and plays smarter in their own end. This is still a rookie tender who has kept it together all season. Lots of belief in him within the room.

I wish Ekholm shot more, he's proven that he's got a bomb of a shot.

Hopefully, Woody and Manson can encourage him to rip it more going forward.

He does so much at a high level. His processing ability is so high - smart, precise pinches to keep pucks in the o-zone; really great neutral zone play; and the most composed defender in own zone. He could maybe shoot a bit more but playing with 'The Bomber' I'm okay with the other great work he does to help this team sustain o-zone time.
