The Kings just didn't come to play tonight, this was like the Sharks in Game 5 except we had a goalie that kept us in it. It really could have been 3 or 4-0 after one.

The Kings should have come out flying at home with a chance to all but end this and they didn't.

Once again, to me the key stat in this game is the TOI total for Getzlaf and Kopitar. And in particular the amount of times they sent out Getzlaf after tv timeouts and Sutter sent out people other than Kopitar. That just can't happen again in Game 4 or we're going back to Anaheim tied.

Honestly, that was boring and frustrating. The only line with a heartbeat was the Carter line.

IDK why Sutter kept using the bottom six. Should of put JDub on the top line in the third and Richards with Carter.

Hopefully the kings, and refs, come to play on Saturday. Still in the driver's seat with a win.

With how evenly balanced the ice time was throughout the roster, we actually managed to tie them at ES when all was said and done. Which is mind blowing. And I agree about Kopitar, Sutter needs to jump on his back and lay on the whip.

Leading up to this game, the media had been talking about how Kopitar vs Getzlaf was a matchup that Kopitar was winning and Boudreau should of avoided in Anaheim, so what does Sutter do at home with last change? He keeps Kopitar away from a matchup he was dominating....

16:43 Kopitar TOI

21:51 Getzlaf TOI

I just don't understand the reasoning behind leaving that matchup that Kopi was winning and balancing the lineup while Anaheim went top heavy and it worked for them.. ridiculous.

Anaheim deserved the W.

But that missed called of a high stick of Beauchemin on Justin Williams was Bad Bad refereeing... could have been a PP and great opportunity to tie the game late in the 3rd.

Huge game on Saturday.

A lot of "what the **** moments" from the coaches down to the players.

Praying that Mitchell/RR get better soon cos VV is just a disaster.

im all for rolling 4 lines, but when you see clifford and hands of stone taking regular shifts during crunch time... man ****ing pisses me off

once again, voynov folds under pressure in the playoffs. The guy makes so many critical mistakes at the wrong time

****!

Had the Ducks lost the narrative would have been, Sutter is smart cause ANH is wearing out Getzlaf.

Kings played awful for 55 minutes, and ANH gutted out a 3-2 win.

On to the next game.

That's the keyword my friend.

Was not expecting the Kings to sweep them, but regardless you have to wonder why the hell Sutter goes away from a matchup that Kopitar was dominating against with last change.

Felt like the Kings let this one get away with terrible puck and line management. Ducks scored on two unacceptable outnumbered attacks, all caused due to brutal turnovers and terrible decision making.

They need to clean that crap up and get back to basics and take the next game at home.

Doughty went for the game winning home run and struck out! But glad somebody was going for the win. He'll more than make up for it next game. I'm sure.

Kopitar's line didn't exactly play well, I don't think it really mattered where anyone matched up.

The Whole team was flat. Which could be a reason Sutter spread the ice time.

Why play Kopitar more, when the lines one through four didn't bother showing up ?
