Gaborik has a problem with his right hand. He might wanna get that looked at.

F no. If having a black hand is what it takes to keep scoring, perhaps we need more kings to catch this problem.

Kopitar's ice time of 16:37 last night was his lowest accumulation since March 26, 2011, the game in which be broke his ankle.

If they continue to roll the 4 lines like they are, I'm perfectly fine with it. It won't wear down the top players.

Our team defence last night was a thing of beauty. Yeah, Quick was great but the constant smothering of the Ducks as wonderful to see.

If it results in wins, I don't care how many minutes they're playing.

That being said, I expect a different approach for the home games with last change and all.

Me neither. I think it is key to keep these guys as fresh as possible for the long haul of the playoffs.

IMHO, the lines have a great balance right now. Even though Clifford/Richards/Lewis aren't scoring, they are still being effective. I have a hard time believing that line won't eventually pot a couple. I wouldn't touch them.

Why are people still talking about Kopis ice time?

personally I just think it's an interesting proof of how evenly ice time was distributed as well as interesting with the narrative Boudreau shared about Kopi dominating Getzlaf's line "all night" while getting the least ice time since his broken leg.

No big deal, not making a federal case out of it or anything, there's no hidden intention/meaning.

Oh cool, for sure. I thought you were insinuating an injury or something.

If we get past the ducks playing defense like we did last night, I think we will give the Hawks some huge problem. That's for sure.

Not surprised at all. He's been hit everytime he's scored a goal this series. The first goal last night Perry crosschecked him into boards and you can tell it stung pretty good.

The ice time numbers were so odd when I first saw them that I checked to see if players weren't injured. There didn't appear to be any of that though, as every guy on the roster was taking shifts throughout the game.

I look at those ice time numbers and they bring a smile to my face. It means all four lines are rolling and Sutter has confidence.

I was at the game last night and didnt get to see what happened to Doughty when he left the ice grabbing his knee. I tried to look on here but nothing was mentioned. Did he land on it awkwardly?

Francois Douchemin slashed him on the back of the knee. Two handed massive chop right where there's no padding. Calculated move.
