That was in OT just a couple minutes before we scored. Hawks were getting chances in our zone and Pearson iced it with very tired Kings out there. They line up to dro the puck, and Quickie and his water bottle buys them an extra few breaths of rest.

The refs were fixing a rut in the ice that the Kings coincidentally pointed out after icing the puck after a long shift, Quick did his part in the repairs and offered his water bottle

A little rut in the ice that Carter and the ref were looking at. The Kings were totally gassed and were caught after a poor icing by Pearson. Carter shrugged it off, but Quick knew what was going on and threw the bottle over (to fake an ice repair scenario) to buy the boys a couple extra seconds. They then went down and scored!

not much chippiness or harsh words in the press. not much pushing or shoving after whistles. nothing but respect from each team and their coaches in the press and on the ice.

you didn't catch Quick and Crawford bumping in game 6? ...always a great time when the goalies are exchanging words and getting in each other's face.

After the ref had finished his attempts... and gotten ready for puck drop....




I hope they go straight for it being that its the finals. Would be nice to see some 2012 thrown in the mix.
