Looking at that goal again, was someone offside as Smith got the puck? It looked like a Hawk was still in the zone and not on the bench
 
Hawks are a dynasty in the making. You can't find a weakness in their line up. Amazingly fast passing defense, amazing four lines. A real good playoff performing goalie.

The Kings had a losing record against the entire Central division this year.
 
My biggest deal with Voynov, is he has no drive, determination, moxie, sense of urgency, or intensity. ZERO. The opposite of a warrior. He's very very very lax.

He doesn't use what was one of his best assets, which was speed. When was the last time you saw him skate his ass off?

Yes, Greene and Mitchell blow dead apes, but Voynov has got to show more.

He is not the same goalie against the Hawks. You cant argue that. I am not saying that our defense hasn't blown it, but how about making a huge save against the Hawks once in a while. Their goalie does it against us. Quick is ordinary against the Hawks.
 
They're outplaying us for sure, but one goal could open this game up again.

You're not in trouble til you lose a home game. Game 2 of the WCFs. Not time to give up.
 
Kings played well in Game 1, maybe deserved a better result.

This has been the worst 25 minutes of Kings hockey since Game 2 of the SJ series.

He made about five in the first 7 minutes of the game.....Kane had a one timer that should have went in, Bick hada door step shot that quck stopped.

Game should be 4-0 right now if not for Quick.

Well you're blaming the wrong people. The reason the Hawks play so well is because their defense can throw good dishes from any distance. Kings can't do that. Our forwards play deep to get tape on tape. Upgrading our defense itself makes our offense a lot better too.
 
Kings continue to battle not only the other team, but the ref's as well. 2.....2 damn BS calls to begin both games. Throws your energy and game plan off. And all damn game I see interference everywhere by the Hawks.

It was too many men. Smith played the puck 20 feet from the bench when his man was still on the ice.
