Kings had two chances to clear and were weak. That's why Chicago scored.

Kopi's line has been good. Pearson looks nervous. If LA settles down I like their chances.

Meanwhile, in front of the hawks net, punches to the back of the head are fair game. It's about consistency.

You're not going to get consistency. Refs are human and humans suck.

Complaining about a refs call is pointless. Play hard but disciplined. Don't wait till well after the whistle and give the refs ammunition because some chump decides to flop.

Lol. What he skated right at the goalie hard when there isn't even a loose puck to begin with. They protected their goalie, and it was just a shove. Not a punch. Bollig flopped. That's never a call these playoffs.

Flops get called all the time in the right circumstances; Martinez shoved Bollig LONG after the whistle when he was already engaged to Mitchell. Mitchell was already talking to Bollig. Why did Martinez feel the urge to one-up him? It was stupid.

Kings worst player on ice was by far King.

I counted at least 146 turnovers.

Consistency is a lot to ask for in a faced paced game like hockey. That is why you don't do anything stupid like shoving late to draw attention to yourself.

So what your saying is the kings should not protect quick when he gets ran because its stupid since the play is dead. Got it.

It's not fast paced after the whistle we are not talking about a slash in the neutral zone or something.

I get that consistency is hard to come by but the refs have just said it's ok to mug kings in front if Crawford but don't you dare bump guys in front of quick. That's what I don't like about it.

I know I'm not changing your minds just voicing why that leaves a hitter taste in my mouth. All I know is if I'm a player I'm driving Crawford even harder now to make a point.

Looking forward to an even stronger period...good game will let the hawks know we are not rolling over like last year!

He shoved, when unnecessary. If a hawk had shoved one of our players and that player fell over, you guys would be crying where's the penalty for the late shove???

Yeah, but it's not going to happen. I bet the number of times a Kings player takes a punch in the face in front of Crawford in this game alone will reach double digits. With no call.

You're missing my main point, which is don't do anything stupid to draw attention to yourself, because refs are human, and as human, they are going to have their own judgment to every situation.

It's simple. There was ZERO need for Amart to come in late and shove.

Agreed, ESPECIALLY since Mitchell was already talking to him.

That can go both ways. Kings are no angels. The difference here is the time in which Amart came in and shoved. It was WELL after the whistle.
