This is a colossal failure of a loss. Two or three missed wide open nets, dominating the second period and going even in goals. Just a massive disappointment of a game. This will be a short series with the Kings failing the convert on chances like they've had today, because it's pretty clear Chicago will get at least two every game past Quick.

Why does it have to be bad to say he needs to play better? When Quick has God mode on he saves the impossible ones. None of them were his fault, it's not like he was bad. But we know he has that switch where nothing gets by him, and we're gonna need that this series.

Kings didn't generate anything in the last 10 mins, though they really controlled most of the game. Hawks capitalized on Kings mistakes. Clean that crap up and attack the Hawks net harder and pressure their dmen more. I want them to come back to Staples with the series tied 1-1.

Well, don't know what to say about that one. Team pissed away an opportunity where they pretty much controlled 80% of the game and blew open nets. Really don't know how Toffoli missed the open net on Crawford. Wild fluke bounce on the 2nd goal was brutal.
