After all the dirty plays and diving from the oilers it was nice to see a real team get the job done. mcjesus and leon divesaitl had it easy in the first 2 rounds (barely beat the kings lmao). Shut down those 2 and they literally have got jack shit on their roster.

That being said I think the divers win game 4 with the avs closing it out at home. A sweep wouldnt be good for the avs, especially if the ecf goes 6-7 games.

In general, Id agree. And also agree Smith let in some stinkers tonight; but he also made some huge saves. If he doesnt make those huge saves Avs would have run away with the game around 10 to 15 mins into the 2nd period

The oilers were supposed to sweep Anaheim in 2017 after winning games 1 and 2 at Honda Center. Anaheim won games 3 and 4. The crowd is soooo overwhelming. For sure.

The difference really was the Avalanche power play being ineffective. The shots and play were fairly heavily in Colorado’s favour. But I’d agree it was the closest match of the series.
