Well he is right in a way ..if the NHL playoffs were on we care very little for this tourney , it is not as important as say the Canada Cup or olympics .

Canada was up 2-0 before any of these calls were made.

The ref isn't helping them win. Canada is just a much, much better team.
 
The Russians are trying to be way to cute with the puck. If they want to have a chance in this game they are IMO going to have to go back to basics. TSN keeps talking about how they bought into the "team" concept this year, however right now I personally don't see it.

I dont get why they russian coach continues to keep putting Datysuk out against draper when he has the last change.
 
What is Canada doing? You've got a guy in the Russian net who can barely stop the puck and they've had only four shots this period. They're sitting back too much.

ya no siht eh, right now we dont deserve the gold. Hab**** needs to spark up the bench, but hes too busy picking his nose.
 
Brodeur lets in a floater, but this was more a product of Canada trying to sit on it without putting any pressure on the Russians...

It's a quite good webcast. Very good play-by-play guys except for his butchering of every non-english name he can get hold of ;)

Very good interviews in the breaks too, they had Peter Stastny on in the first intermission.
