JOVO ..woo hoo ..my only question is ..why are there more swedes in here whining about the refs than russians ????

I think that would be a lot sweeter than beating Russia for them. :dunno:
 
A Russian forward tried to walk off with Brodeur's stick in mid-play and Brodeur just wouldn't let it go! He followed him out to the left faceoff circle even! :joker:
 
Bon, McGuire doesn't like Ovechkin's visor, what a shock!!!Am I the only one laughing at how bad they pronounce some of the russian names?

Are you sure? btw why do you even care? It's evident that canadian fans don't care about this tournament. Just check your countrymans rant:

On the second part yes tsn and such are talking about these games but hockey fans in Canada don't really care all that much if we win or lose. THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS MEAN VERY LITTLE TO CANADIANS! TSN and SN are only talking about it because they have nothing else to talk about.

I doubt it. They look really bad in general, don't think the ref has much to do with that. Wish they'd turn it up a few notches, I think the announcer just yawned, can't blame him.
 
Thats one thing i hate about Canadian hockey , we never run it up ..ide like to be like the swedes when they play japan or someone ..score 24 goals ..i guess we are more respectfull of others though.

Russia will get their share of calls if they start to dictate the play. So far they haven't. Canada has: 5 on 5, 5 on 4, 5 on 3, 3 on 5, 4 on 5; so don't blame the ref.

Russia has to pick it up. They look soft and individualistic right now.

Canada someone has said has started to slow down; this is true and it worries me to. So it's up to the Russians to respond.

I know I didn't blame the refs for anything. Russia is simply overmatched, bad D and bad goaltending.

respectful? You mean the opposite. When you dont run up the scores you have no respect for your opponent.
 
Canada is going to let Russia back into this game if they keep playing like this.
