What's with your hate of your neighbours?

I would root for Sweden over USA!

I dont hate finland, I even have finnish friends, but I cant stand that Ruutu guy and now he scored GW.

Disagree. It's more of an underdog thing. Honestly If I were you I would actually be half-way hoping that American fail miserably this year. That might embarass Hockey USA enough to start getting the Top US players out again for international games. Where is Roenick? Where is Tkachuk? Where is Hatcher?

These guys should be coming out to play for the USA and I think only if they hit rock bottom will these guys start to realize they should be proud to represent their country

Oh WOW. Conklin stops a break to keep the USA in it. Hopefully that will spark the American players a bit. What a save!!!

Weight with a good shift right after the save :) AND THEY SCORE!!!!

Wait going ustairs....

unless international rules are different (entirely possible) you can purposefully deflect a puck in with your skate, just not kick it in.

i have no idea what this one looks like though since i can't watch

it's under review,
it DOES appear as it was kicked in
we'll see whose side the refs are on for sure :)
Park was not looking at the puck,he was moving across the crease, the puck hit his foot and went in....Americans are lucky today.

same rules as the NHL, but he was clearly moving his foot

They are not at the World Championships this year simply because they were not invited. Team USA decided to go with its younger players to get them into the international play for the future. The USA guys who are there right now are very proud to represent our country.

It wasn´t a kick but his skate was in the goalie grease-area(or what it´s called).

You can move your foot all you want. Just can't kick at it (which usually indicates lifting the foot off the ice - I have no icea what this looks like cause I'm not watching it on TV).

What now? OT-shootout? Or just call it a draw?
