Wasn't there a "journalist" in Montreal that said the Habs should have traded Suzuki for him? 
Oh and I get why players like Bergeron makes it public when they retire, but if you haven't played in 2 years and haven't been relevant for a few more... Nothing against the player, he was terrific during his prime, but it was pretty obvious already.

I’ve seen better legs sticking out of a nest. But he could throw the hands and he went to the dirty areas to scooter. I wouldn’t call him a power forward in the traditional sense as a stiff breeze would knock him over with those sticks.
A solid career nonetheless.
