Regardless of those hits......JT had a horrible game. Many chances for good shots on goal......takes it behind the net. His thinking is slow......I'm a BIG JT fan, but he is stinking it up lately.

I'm still in the holiday spirit lol. I know I shouldn't be so lenient.

Pavelec with another fantastic game. Not a big fan of Nash but he was awesome in this one--easily our best forward. We really liked McDonagh and Skjei--hard physical games from both--they were hitting Wilson and Ovechkin a lot and pretty much negated both. Wilson in particular was quiet. After that Miller, Zucchini, Hayes and Staal all played really well in this one.

This will probably be the year they make it past the 2nd round, just because, lol. I couldn't name anything that team is particularly good at.

They looked disciplined tonight. Snuffed out a lot of pass attempts to the middle of the ice. Always had a man in front protecting the crease. I remember seeing Vesey looking like he was going into a scrum and into another left corner overload situation but instead peeled off.

Nah. I think the penalized team should pay with that skater if they can’t do the full two mins. Just my opinion. And how about a five minute penalty? Game misconduct? Those guys can come back too? Again, smarter people than I am have obviously sided with you here. But I disagree still. Can’t complete the penalty, no shootout. Maybe they’ll think twice as times running down.
