This is how bad the defense is right now. Fortunus is making the better plays and is the most physical guy out there.

Annd Oleksiak almost scored on Nihlstorp. Bad pass from Ritchie and bad place to be by Oleksiak.

Oleksiak just does not look right out there. Very disappointing effort from him so far.

An average goaltender and Texas is winning this game right now..

Just bad luck guys, keep your chins up :)

The entire team seems so lazy except a few players. This is the playoffs, not much of a playoff effort. Especially after how many days off they had.

Nemeth has been involved in the offense tonight, drawn some penalties and gotten the puck to the net.

So much I want to write but limited by a mobile. I may have to do a very scathing write up post game. From my vantage point it does not look good.

Dude they've had the puck on their stick for like 80% of this game.

Maybe they've made some bad decisions, but the effort level is there...

You know, I kind of suspect that this Drew MacIntyre isn't literally a better verson of Dominik Hasek - I think we'll have better shooting luck as this series goes on. I haven't seen anything from that team to worry me so far.

Quick views.

McKenzie has been good.
Glennie and Jeffery ok.
Faksa and Stransky good but cooled off.
Nemeth has been solid, more active.
Jokkipaka has been bad.
Oleksiak has been bad. This game and his general playoff performance is sealing his fate of staying here next season.

Their own mistakes are faulting them. This is pretty much like the first game against Toronto in the big league. Minus being able to score.

Toronto has been riding some ridiculous luck all the way through this playoffs. As we saw in that period on the broadcast their goaltender has a 96% save percentage through 8 games, and they've scored on something like 15% of their shots in the playoffs.

It's not going to last. No team is this fortunate with the bounces. Not even the Colorado Avalanche.

**Unfortunately if it does last we could probably outshoot them by a 4:1 margin the rest of the way and they still might take this series. It is better to be lucky than good as they say...

Man oh man... they're taking so long to get their shots off. The 2nd one should've definitely been in, no way was MacIntyre in position.

MacIntyre is the reason Toronto is winning. He deserves the first second and third star.

Also I'm not smoking crack. Ranford is lining up at LW again.
