My new thing the last handful of months has been playing the medieval combat game, Chivalry 2, with the boys, while having a music bot play movie/game scores in the party. So f***ing epic. Highly recommend chopping heads off to Hans Zimmer.

It doesn't help that the f***s I play with are too lazy to do the collections so my cards pretty much have to carry.



All 99s. Pretty much my god squad, but only S3 guys to parallel. Two bench bats. Two starting pitchers (Donaldson ofc out of the pen). 4 relievers. Fill out the rest with 60 common cards (Waldron is a 64 knuckleballer but he's been bp when I face him). I'm not going for the win streak reward though. Snell looks pretty weak tbh. I'm sure a captain boost could give you some wiggle room somewhere, but I usually don't use captain cards.

I played some 1000 ranked rating loser the other day who dashboarded so quick on a Will Smith laser beam (underrated card btw, my platoon RHH with Schwarber). It was honestly impressive.

Ramirez might be the best card in the game. 89 speed at P5? Lol.

I'm hit or miss with Carroll. Either a bomb or a popout. No in between. Weird swing.

I just bought Casty so we'll see how he does. His 97 card ripped so my hopes are high.

Chivalry I allowed for elite gamestyle trolling. Nobody played the javelin class. Which was foolish because it was fast as hell, and the heavy javelin was a headshot kill. The main meta was medium spear builds doing their charge attack. You could bait them into charging it and throw a pilum into their face. Over and over as they respawned.

People became very mad online.

It's totally worth it. Amazing CRPG. I actually liked the story and character progression better than Divinity Original Sin 2.... but still preferred the combat in DOS2 a bit more.

Something about the entire screen being lit up with necrofire that's so satisfying.

Ranked is such a shitshow right now. John Donaldson every game. You know the guy is a glitch when every Random Joe has a sub-3 ERA with the guy. I swear between the natural input delay and HOF pitch speeds, someone could throw me the forkball every pitch and I probably wouldn't hit a ball fair.
