Just a few more weeks until Elden Ring!!! Excited to experience a souls game at launch, during the height of online play. I still remember ds1, offline and no updates... traversing the tomb of giants without a light source.

Here's a look at my first gaming PC in probably 20 years. I believe Windows is installed and by now he probably has Elden Ring installed on it. Unfortunately I hate Souls games but it's the price of having him pick out and assemble everything.

My nephew was playing Black Ops 3 last time I visited and I felt a pang of nostalgia. Aside from the rocket jumps, everything else about that game was PERFECT. Then the steady fall began.

Help me make a good decision. Newegg has 2060s in stock for $480. On one hand I could be gaming by next weekend. On the other hand I will feel like I got massively ripped off because I could get a 3070 from bestbuy for that price. Or be patient until the market hopefully corrects later this year.

Anyone looking for a Series X? My buddy got me into a clusterf***. Ordered him a bundle on GameStop and I told him to try it himself since he lives in Texas and doesn't know when he'll be back in the area to which he was able to. Now I got sent the digital codes and for whatever reason I can't cancel the order at this point without it being shipped to me which is just a headache.

I need to remember to get my nephew a working second Xbox controller for my visirs because the only one I can use has a messed up left stick. It must stay clicked down because when we play NHL 21/22 and you get passed to, your guy will stop skating and only let you aim a pass. It's so goddamn frustrating.

On a side note: live streams of my nephew and I playing these games would probably make us some decent money but I have to be drunk for every show. Not because we're good but for the comedy value of our conversations and reactions.
