It feels like 5 years and COD/NHL/FIFA/Madden/Assassins Creed has made things seem to get developed fasterI expected about 3 years - thats common for a full-length AAA game nowadays. They also had to transition from PS4 to PS5 which slowed development at first. I think the gap between Part 2 and 3 will be 2 years or less.
I downloaded the demo, looking forward to trying it out.Picked up Inscryption from the Steam sale. Roguelike, deckbuilder, horror, escape room.
Played a few hours last night and... yeah, it's quite an experience.
My suggestion if you plan on picking it up is to read little to nothing about it.

I finally got around to playing the demo (which ends when you beat the prospector), and you sure weren't lying. I don't think it's quite like anything else I've ever played. I think I'm gonna pick it up.It has an interesting mix of elements. Super creepy vibe! The combat mechanics are dark and clever.
free fly days for Star Citizen..finally gonna give it a try
i have to laugh at that 9 and half years partI truly need to play it again. I was an original backer 9.5 years ago and have barely played it.

Wait, what? You have virtual insurance for a virtual spaceship?Put overall like $100 into it. Even have one of the metal cards that they gave out when hitting a certain rank for backers and those that have given extras. Only own one ship, but it has a lifetime insurance.

Do ships cost real money? Insurance?Yeah it was part of the backer stuff a long time ago.
Basically, ships can have limited insurance, even to the point of that if it's blown up, you lose it for good, if you don't have insurance. Yeah, wild shit lol.

I know some whales in Diablo immortal are already 50k in the hole. Insanely stupid. Some people have paid $3000+ for full ships. As in real f***ing money.

Star Citizen's new Legatus 2951 pack costs $40,000
The never-finished Star Citizen is selling a high roller-exclusive Legatus 2951 ship pack bundle for a massive $40,000 USD.www.tweaktown.com
If this is the first you're hearing about the monetization of Star Citizen, you are in for one hell of a ride. However bad you think it, it's worse.
3k for an in game ship that can be permanently destroyed is equally as dumb.
