The hook, to me, is forging the path between the two (really three) options and see what impacts it has on the world. What different choices may do.

I honestly almost never use the powers. Think they are kind of a waste and so are the temple mini games.
The powers help a lot if you have a stealth build.

I never do stealth builds personally. Not my style. The atmosphere one was the most useful to me. You know the guy carrying 800 kilos of random crap.
That is the only power I ever used and it was practically mandatory with the crap inventory system and chronically poor vendors

The "sense star stuff" or whatever it's called was a big help while sneaking. Being able to see enemies through wall made planning a route easier. But since it didn't work on turrets and robots, those still screwed me a few times.

Near the end I used the shield a lot too. Probably because I put all my points in to sneak, piloting and starship design. So I didn't have any combat upgrades.

Oh i played the absolute shit out of it and had a blast. But it has some glaring issues i don't hesitate to call out.
Oh bless your heart.

I put most of mine into ship stuff and social. With lasers as my primary combat. Worked pretty well in my play throughs. At this point I only carry around 3-4 weapons and the cutter is amazing as a weapon.

I don't think I got the cutter. Might have to look into that later.

So I am about 11-15 hours into Cyberpunk, freakin' loving the story so far and how they incorporated Silverhands into the narrative.

I am not a huge fan of the stealth combat though, I feel that it takes way too long to conduct. I can do one of those NCPD calls gun blazing in 5 minutes or less while stealth takes me like 15 minutes to do it properly.

Quite the intro in Spider-Man 2, but man I just cannot get over them changing Peter's character model. He looks like a knockoff Tom Holland action figure now.

Yeah that was a weird change. Insomniac says it's to "better fit the voice actor's facial animation" but I think you're right. They just wanna hop on Tom Holland's popularity.

Personally the Insomniac Spider-Man games have been ok nothing more, haven't touched the new one. Fairly standard open world busy work, the web swinging is cool though. That's how I feel about most Insomniac games anyway, good and polished but doesn't stick with me at all once the game is done.
