not my type, but whatever makes you happyMan f*** these guys
I wonder which team they gave permission to. Toronto just announced their new coach, L.A. got theirs, Vegas even has next year's announced so no forcing him to coach there. Edmonton is a possibility but I could see Vegas denying permission just to maybe get Babcock there within the division and all the chaos that will ensue.

You should probably read up more on Tom Dundon as an business owner. He's not a good person.God I'm so happy they lost
I’m skeptical any billionaire who wasn’t handed the billions is a good person. How do you amass that much without stepping on at least a few necks? You should probably read up more on Tom Dundon as a business owner. He's not a good person.
Is there any kind of precedent for this whatsoever? How can you fire someone and then prevent them from finding another job?
Still under contract. Is there any kind of precedent for this whatsoever? How can you fire someone and then prevent them from finding another job?

This. Pound sand if you're mad about it.They were always going to let him interview with teams that aren't direct competitors in their own division.
And they were completely right to do so.
Because they are still employed with an active contract paying them out, they are just not allowing him to coach vegas anymore. Its more of a paid vacation than a firing. Is there any kind of precedent for this whatsoever? How can you fire someone and then prevent them from finding another job?
