I found it. I was watching the Kings feed on a stream. Kenny Albert is way better.

Classic DeBoer hockey. Theodore will have career years under him, but team success with be lacking. Wants every F to be Pavelski tipping pucks with shots from the point.

Works in the regular season when teams don't put as much game to game focus. Then come play off times and teams adjust we saw no changes last year. Couldn't score and spent 10 games doing the same exact thing expecting changes.
