Have to mention that we had absolutely shit scheduling. Didn’t arrive into Minny until 3am. They probably didn’t get to sleep until 4am+.

Worth noting that this is a little bit of a new look Wild as they are now a much heavier team with Middleton & D Lo setting the tone. The Greenway/Ek/Foligno line is always a nasty, physical, forecheck line. But from a Wild fan perspective, it's noticable how much more physical of a team we are now... we've always been fast with a high compete level... but it has a different feel now.

It's interesting to see opposing fans reactions to it.
well its the right thing to do for the Wild.

I thought the Wild got pushed around by Vegas last playoffs.

Your main offense runs through Kaprizov. Ideally you get an elite center to play with him to improve the offense.

Outside of that makes sense to beef up your team with Deslauriers/Middleton to compliment that physical line you mentioned.

This is not an avenue you wanna go up.... Tampa arrived in van 3 hours before puck drop....buffalo, tb, Washington etc etc etc etc all played the night before, travelled and played their backups etc

We're not far behind the Wild and thats with the absolute garbage reffing going their way and the horrible schedule we've had. We can take these guys in a fair series.
With playoff reffing Minny could be a nasty piece of business for a 7 game series

Not at all. You missed the last decade where heavyweight fighters got phased out. you dont need a goon on the end of your bench. You need 6-8 guys that can play hockey and arent afraid to mix it up. As much as I HATE the guy, Ryan Kesler was a good hockey player that didnt get pushed around. Bieksa didnt get pushed around and played 2nd pairing minutes, Kassian can contribute and toss them, etc etc etc.
