If we look at things in totality from the OG trade at the end of December, in just over a month and a half the team has reshaped as follows:
IN
- G/F R.J. Barrett
- G Immanuel Quickley
- G Bruce Brown
- G/F Jordan Nwora
- F/C Kelly Olynyk
- G Ochai Agabji
- 2024 2nd round pick (Originally Detroit's. Probably ends up as the 1st-3rd pick in the round)
- 2024 1st round pick (Indiana's. Probably between 18th and 22nd)
- 2026 1st round pick (Conditional - Indiana's but protected 1-4)
- Getting out of next year's Schroeder salary
OUT
- F OG Anunoby
- G Malachi Flynn
- F Precious Achiuwa
- F Pascal Siakam
- F Otto Porter Jr
- G Dennis Schroeder
- F Thaddeus Young
PASS THROUGH (ie stuff that came in in one deal and then out in a subsequent move)
- G Kira Lewis Jr
- 2024 1st round pick (worst of the picks belonging to Utah, Houston, Clippers, or OKC. Almost certain to be bottom 3-5 in the round)
- G Spencer Dinwiddie (bought out/waived)
Plus they still have the freedom to move Brown and potentially Boucher in the off-season or next season for more if they want.
I'm sure it doesn't look like enough considering they moved their two most marketable trade chips and best non-Scottie players but the return so far has been a legit second guy to run with Scottie who has a nicely complimentary skillset (Quickley) an overpaid but useful starting wing with extra marketability (Barrett), a still useful trade chip that can return a 1st+ (Brown), a stretch drive bench C/F who fills some needs and might be a useful, signable depth piece moving forward (Olynyk), a couple of intriguing depth guys who could play their way to a spot on next year's team (Nwora & Agbaji) some depth picks, and a ton of cap space in a situation where the only two really big, onerous deals on the books moving forward are both useful players (Barrett & Poeltl).
the real proof is going to be in how they use this cap space and build through the draft but we wanted the team to pivot hard and they're doing that.
