Hard to tell which rookie is going to be the best out of the ones Masai couldve chosen. Jalen Green is by fat the best rookie IMO, Barnes is bad offensively, Suggs cant score off anything other than a pick and roll, Davion is a bad playmaker at PG, Kuminga misses dunks and loses the ball very easily.

Will be interesting to see the player development over their first season. We should get a better look at what these guys really are by years end.

Agreed on Green. Dude looks like he could be a premiere scorer as early as this season.

Lol. Suggs can't shoot either.
ye if people are rating players based off of glorified pickup games they are in for a shock when they see the same players having to fit in a system and play against real systems and not just run up the floor chucking up 20+ shots per game against mostly non nba'ers.

watching kuminga, man that dude is fun! but he's gonna be like a gerald green or jason richardson style side show dunk artist if he doesnt improve in alooooot of areas lol. i know hes a kid and would definitely take a chance on him, but ive read so many places hes a "star" in the making but man hes really really far from that atm.

when real nba defenses get ahold of him hes gonna avg like 10 turnovers a game lol.

having said that, give us a call GS ;)

Like I get that Scottie hasn't been as good since his first game and it was a controversial pick. It's just dumb to pretend that Suggs has no issues either. Scottie should become at least a passable shooter with this development team and once that happens and he improves his ability to beat defenders off the dribble he could be something special

Remember peoples.........we drafted Barnes to be better than Suggs (and anyone else behind him) in 3-4 years...........not necessarily this year.

He's a bit of a project but he also has the highest ceiling out of anyone behind him IMO.........patience is gonna be needed here.

the ONLY gripe i have with him so far is his lack of aggressiveness, but i said before summer league that i trust the FO, 3 games of meaningless, systemless basketball hasnt changed my mind lol. his defense has been as advertised...impressed on that end, which will help him get minutes with nurse while he works on his offense stuff. i feel like hes the type of player that thrives in a system and these types of freestyle types games arent his forte as of yet.

Man Jalen Johnson is going to be good, he doesnt really have the best jumper yet but reminds me so much of AD with better ball handling.

Problem with drafting Barnes is hes 3-4 years away and his ceiling is Giannis but that is very unlikely because Giannis had that explosiveness and athleticism that Scottie just doesnt have, more so Draymond IMO.

I hope we get to see Barnes be more than just a 5 during these games. Everytime I've tuned in he's just been playing the 5 and down in the post and standing in the corner once in a while. Has a pretty good post game but would like to see the offence run through him a bit more.

lol flynn has looked like trash since the frist game. im less and less confident hes an nba'er the more i see him as the primary ball handler. backup PG is gonna be a big issue for us this year, at this point i would rather barnes play PG.
