I like to imagine someone so cheap that they would call to subscribe to Redzone on Saturday, then call to cancel it on Monday, doing that every week for 17 weeks
Why would you start and stop every week.

For Youtube TV it was 10 dollars and included other channels like Fox Sports Midwest and other crap. After the regular season there was no need for it so I cancelled it. Youtube TV is in some ways cable, but it is also more lenient than cable in that you can just start and stop services at a whim (in the beginning and end of every regular season too)

You don't have to like cable but I'm telling you Google TV is fantastic

It keeps recommending that I watch ZSJL too and gives a link to buy it off HBO max

Turn on Google TV

Search

"Man of Steel"

"We don't have Man Of Steel on Youtube TV. But here are other ways to watch it." Link to Google Play, 3.99 rent.

Like you can't afford 3.99 lol

If I gave a damn I'd rent it

Also it should be noted Netflix now owns all James Bond movies (at least most of the Craig ones) so Casino Royale isn't on Youtube TV :(

I'm struggling to think of another industry where "You cannot buy that without also buying these other items because of arbitrary reasons" is deemed acceptable.

Let's not forget being required to rent a cable box and pay a monthly fee on it, with no option to forgo or purchase the box.
So cable sucks we get it

Then put everything on 80 different streaming services WHICH you can cancel at any time without cancellation fees

Piracy is a crime of opportunity.

I'm not doing it because I can't afford $4, I'm doing it because I can get away with not spending $4.

Myth: Cable piracy is wrong.

Fact: Cable companies are big, faceless corporations, which makes it okay.
The fact that someone is willing to go through so many hoops just to pirate is hilarious

Piracy is only permissible in terms of REDACTED because of the companies recent determination to throw everything behind a paywall. Like who is paying for REDACTED. Nobody. And then other aggregate sites like SITE REDACTED want to take like 80% of their videos off their site because of REDACTED leaving only 10 minute clips and 6 minute clips and "official accounts" f*** off

I mean I on one hand understand why SITE REDACTED did that as they were facing heavy legal pressure through TERM REDACTED but still it is just stupid how much is being taken down now because you have to see ACTRESS REDACTED behind a 10 or 20 dollar paywall.

And then I was asked "Why do you download it?"

THATS WHY

It has gotten to the point where ACTRESS REDACTED might as well not exist because all her movies were moved behind the AGENCY REDACTED paywall. Nobody is paying 10 or 20 dollars for that. Nobody is also paying for SITE REDACTED.

Years ago, Dailymotion removed all of their softcore explicit content. Despite searching, there were videos that I have never seen since then, which makes me sad in my pants.

Beyond piracy, I find value in saving videos, not just porn, as some things can get lost on the internet.

I'm sure some people think it's stupid, but the idea of saving something from falling into the abyss and being lost forever is kinda neat.

The problem is that adult sites have had to remove most of their content because of the types of videos which were on there, which was getting them in trouble. A lot of works were unsanctioned so to speak so for legal reasons there was a gigantic backlash over a certain site...which forced them to delete most of their meaningful material. So if you go there now you won't see anything but official videos which of course are 10 minutes instead of 30 minutes long...

If you save it, it won't be removed because of some DMCA takedown. That was the main reason for saving. For other normal movies, it's fine because you can just pay 3 or 4 dollars to watch. If you want to watch THOSE movies it's like 15 dollars behind a paywall.
