I don't know what the "Superstar Spectacle" is, but it's on the Wikipedia page for the list of the WWE PPVs and network specials.

They literally had 4 PPV/network specials within a month.

January 22 - Superstar Spectacle (film date, aired a few days later)
January 31 - Royal Rumble
February 14 - NXT whatever
February 21 - Elimination Chamber

Okay google, what's the definition of brand dilution

Probably like the NHL and all the ads now. Pandemic is forcing them to air more PPVs behind a paywall and rubes will buy it

Might watch NXT only for Cameron Grimes lol

Nothing like a guy who just wears a suit jacket and top hat going around throwing money away

I would say that's the most notable problem with WWE nowadays, there are way too many shows.

It's 7 hours a week just to watch Raw, SD and NXT, never mind all of the other shows they're pumping out on the network.

Focus on making better shows, rather than simply making more shows

I don't think NXT should be on USA

In the Attitude era it was just Smackdown and RAW

I would make time for a 2 hour show that I wanted to watch, but that's the problem, I don't want to watch it that much
other than cameron grimes it's all boring

shaq being put through a table was a rare highlight of last night wrestling wise

there's a hockey game on why would i watch wrestling lol

Also, something like a hockey game is easier viewing, where I can do other things with the game on and not feel like I'm missing everything.

Wrestling requires more steady attention, which means I would end up watching it in blocks over multiple days.

Like watching The Departed this past week, I watched it in probably 4 or 5 parts, just because it's kinda rare to have 2 and a half uninterrupted hours
