M&M was an absolute mess too in terms of production, but it wasn't over CGI'd by a team of interns basically.

- The rocks around the space flower set are shaky. They move differently from the rest of the set, and as stated, sometimes they just start vibrating, almost like they did not correct for motion.
- The green screen contouring is very amateurish; the edges don't blend at all in certain scenes. Sure, some scenes like the Jeongyeon on a motorcycle scene have a "fake" background, but they should still correct the edges properly, and have better blend. The hairs, notably, shouldn't be as smooth as this, and there exist techniques to make this more natural. Also, for that specific scenes, there is no slight motion blur to give a sense of speed on Jeongyeon, and while it's a common "photography" effect (basically short exposure time for the front objects and long exposure time for the background objects), it's just poorly executed in this video format.
- Same issue with the space scenes, which on top of that, seems to use two different lightning sources; one for the green screen scene, and one for the CGI stuff.
- There's also a terrible artifact in the train scene where the train builds its path. Basically the grass is not fully leveled in front of the train, and the "cut" is not even constant along the edges, but it gradually corrects itself as the train moves forward.
- In the canyon scene, they projected the shadows of the canyon on the floor and the other canyon walls... but for the latter, it seems weird although not as bad as some other scenes. Mostly just a coloration/saturation thing with them trying to blend fake objects with real objects.
Sorry that companies favor music and harmony over crap like AleXA-Revolution which is essentially MV eye candy

There are times when one does wonder if Alexa is indeed “kpop” or more like pop music that happens to be in Korean. This is the latest example. It is well done for what it is. They spent the right amount of money to deliver this bombast post-apocalypse superhero alien invasion or whatever it is, and Alexa has enough charisma and talent to pull it off. Let us give credit to Alexa for that.
At my age I have seen enough of this style of trying to become the biggest baddest pop star, as one seems to come along every other year, that it just makes me shrug and move on.

Got some errands to run later today.

@Zaide has the COVID cases in Montreal continued to rise, or is that fake news?

@Tarantula Do you wear reusable face mask. Need to run errands today and possibly tomorrow so won't be at home as much at least Tuesday and Wednesday! Would help if I had masks that could be washed and reused for the grind.

Yes, I prefer them as some disposable ones leave small pockets around the cheeks. I have 7 and I take a few when I go out, wash them when I do laundry. I always have about three or four washed and ready each day.

@Tarantula did they announce an OHL return to play yet? Will there be reduced attendance in Paramount Centre?

They sort of have "soft" return dates. Training camp was supposed to start in a few weeks and they were hoping for a Dec start date, been pushed back once already.

Regarding fans, who knows at this point, the numbers here in Ontario have really spiked the last few weeks. Not looking good right now.

Yes. I have 4 bathrooms here so one of them can just be used to clean the masks. What solution do you use.

I've had several boxes of disposable masks I've hoarded throughout this whole ordeal

I'm getting very angry without live hockey

there was so much at the arena and the area around it back in the day before covid

it won't be the same if they open up NHL arenas. Although with the lower attendance the commoner such as myself may actually get lower bowl seats lol

They delivered a washer and dryer here that I haven't used yet. Should probably get around to using it soon.

I have a few disposable ones in the car, just in case. I just toss the cloth ones in the wash, no drier though, the first ones shrunk.
