continuous integration/deployment essentially means you're always ready to release. every develop build can be merged to master and shipped.

uh, i f***ing work for a company that has security compliance across the world. i don't get in the weeds, but as I provision and setup environments for internal users and clients alike, i have some grasp of what we're doing. at least in our context.

definitely years away from an expert though, and have zero interest pursuing it as a career path. security sucks. it's really hard.
