Sixers move to 2-11, which makes them the wors team in the NBA
Embiid is nowhere near 100%. He was sick today so that was part of it but even so, he’s not playing his normal game at all. I can’t remember seeing him post up down low… at all this season. He has really slimmed down, I’ve never seen him so slim and I wonder if he’s lost too much strength to overpower people in the low post. He normally lives at the foul line and he’s not drawing fouls at all.
With no Maxey and and a compromised Embiid this is not a good team.

I'm far from an Embiid hater other than cracking some jokes about his foul baiting but this is a terrible look. Your much younger co-star shouldn't need to call you out in front of the team and say this. The fact that it seems to be corroborated by others suggests "for everything" may not be a big exaggeration either. Dude it reaching the make or break point of his career and still appears to have the mindset of the 21 year old who was hooked on shirley temples. This is stuff that he can easily control unlike some of the freak injuries.

Today is the 20th anniversary of the Malice at the Palace brawl, so I just watched the Netflix documentary about it. The ugliest incident I've seen as a sports fan, and as a huge Reggie Miller fan as a kid, it sucks how the brawl cost him a great shot at a championship in his final season.
