That's not the Cortana icon, that's Task View.

I don't use it, because it's yet another Windows function that seems really useful until your porn shows up on it.

I intensely dislike the combined taskbar buttons.

I like the big giant buttons with words on them.

The combined buttons is so terrible though. I would rather be able to see everything I have open.

If you press windows you w ill just see the windows 10 start menu with the apps on the side. I don't use any apps.
