Because ESPN/Disney are hypocrites. Sure, they probably forced McAfee to apologize to try & sooth Kimmel's feelings over this, but they also know QAaron is ratings gold and they don't want to lose him unless they absolutely have to. This is why I want Kimmel to continue to pursue this legally because a billion dollar lawsuit is the only way Disney will be forced to act.
