More like not wanting to/should not have to be forced buy it again because you’ve already purchased the disk-based game on Day 1 which should still be able to f***ing work….but it doesn’t. :rolleyes:

The whole “You need to buy Story Mode digitally via the Xbox store again/physical RDR 2 disks can’t or won’t load or even install Story Mode anymore” is a legit Xbox issue.

And IMO a huge-ass scam.

Game didn't save so I had to replay the intro. Rescued John in the wild today

Oh you cannot afford 15 dollars cdn for RDR 2 on your pc 😂

I bought a copy of RDR 2 on launch day back in 2018 for my Xbox One.

My disk copy won’t load, install, or let me play offline story mode anymore. Which seems to be an issue/scam related to Xbox consoles.

It gives you a “please download Story Mode” from the Microsoft store” message as your only “option.”

So fine….you go into the Xbox store and you see RDR 2 singleplayer is available digitally for….$79.99 Canadian!!! :help: :help: :help: :shakehead

Bitch it’s an almost 5 year old game!!! :rolleyes:
I can get a physical disk copy at Best Buy or Gamestop for $19.99 Canadian…one that’s brand f***ing new…that my console mysteriously “won’t be able to play or even install now” for some reason.

Yet they expect me to pay $79.99 Canadian + taxes for the same 5 year old game but just a digital version?? :laugh:

Handcuffing consumers to overinflated bullshit whatever-the-f*** prices due to having no “old ass disk copies” to have to begrudgingly put on sale at some point.

Another example….“Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition” on the XB1 is still $49.99 Canadian on the Xbox store like right now.

That came out in 2014…so…9 years ago. :help:

f*** if we wanna get super, super, technical, I remember when the original “Sleeping Dogs” came out for the PS3/360 back in 2012.

It was like $39.99 or some shit even then.
