Correction I am level 24 and would be higher had BBR let me actually play yesterday

Why was yesterday night the night I couldn't connect yet I could connect seamlessly on the weekends or other weekday nights

I posted this earlier, quick match wasn't working for me last night, so I had to use the server browser and just kept scrolling and clicking until I joined a game.

Yeah, the server browser sucks, but once you join a game it doesn't matter.

It doesn't even have anything to do with that

- there's no parity in the league and the 8 seed to make the final was ass-kicked by the Nuggets...the #1 seed nuggets. Oh so much parity cause they hadn't WON BEFORE. Wow! Such a fair league! #1 seed steamrolls everyone.

- the game is way too reliant on three pointers, everyone just dribbles midcourt, jacks up a three and hits it. Boring. No post game, no grinding defense.

- defense was legislated out in favor of offensive freedom. what you can't strike down a player anymore or be physical?

- officiating sucks, never forget dwayne wade taking an egregious dive to get a foul against Dallas in the finals.

- NBA commentary as mentioned in this thread and the NBA thread is awful, JVG and Mark Jackson ruined my ears for years with their dumb shit

and those are just some of the reasons i can list off the top of my head

also don't forget the NBA is a direct competitor and steals ratings from the NHL. f*** them.

It's not like BF4 where there are private servers running different map rotations.

Every server seems to be the same, other than region and player count of course

I dislike basketball because I always feel clueless watching it.

A foul gets called, the announcers don't even mention what the call was, so I'm left wondering what just happened because I don't know the rules.

Then the announcers should do their f***ing jobs and explain to the audience what's going on.

Well tough shit, the announcers are there to explain things to the audience, and the audience is going to consist of more than just long-time fans.

Once the Sixers were eliminated my days of following the NBA playoffs were done

I don't care what happened after that

Guy I know (real jerk!) is so obnoxious about his Sixers and his "son" Joel Embiid and uses it as some kind of act to brag about how good the sixers are. No the sixers aren't good. They're a middling team with a coach who couldn't f***ing win. Nurse is a huge upgrade but obviously I want to see the Sixers continue to fail so said "guy" will not acknowledge his precious "son" lost on social media (whoops!)

Baseball commentators tend to be the worst.

You jabronis are being paid to be there and talk about the game, yet some announcers act like it causes them pain to acknowledge the game being played right in front of them.

This isn't a podcast, I don't care about your trip to Starbucks or the giant dump you're going to take later, just talk about the god damned game

Has anyone ever done an upper decker at someones house?

I havent and at 44 years old, I just realize my dexterity to pull it off might be waning. The balancing and leg strength needed might be a problem if I hit my 50s. The decision to do it has already been made - its a yes - but location and target is unknown.

Maybe an open house? That would be ideal.

Sure, touching poop is not ideal, but you would be in a bathroom with a sink to immediately wash your hands.
