Finland will have it's way with Team USA. Team USA looks tired, and bored with this already.

Team USA seems to have spent all its emotion in that Russia game.
 
Exactly like watching a Kings game. Couple forwards worth a damn, no dangerous chances, Brown awful from the drop of the puck and great goaltending from Quick. I feel like I just got prepared for the rest of the season.

Thought it was highly questionable to not take Yandle or Jack Johnson on defense. Orpik has no business being out there; was completely out to lunch on the Benn goal and that giveaway that led to the Benn one-timer was as bad as bad gets.

The Ryan snub will get a lot of play now after how anemic the offense was in this game.

Doughty is the best defenseman in the world right now with Karlsson. Canada's defense is so much stronger from top-to-bottom. US is going to need Seth Jones to reach his potential because Canada is set on defense for the next ten years.
 
That was nothing likes King hockey. TC was the one playing Kings hockey. They had most of the posession, shutdown defense, and great goaltending! Now thats how we'd feel when playing a Kings team thats on their game.

Maybe on the main boards, but I don't think any of us Canadian Kings fans on this board have been dicks at all.

Close game, ice was poor. Poor Quick, no offensive support, well at least he is used to that.

Price was solid. Many of us Canadians definitely thought it was a weak spot coming into the Olympics but he has been solid when called upon.

Hope he can carry it on for one more game and we can score more than one goal to provide support.
 
All our fellow King fans to the North are pure class and I'm happy for them. I don't care what gets said on the main board as it's occupied by ****ing Pejorative Slurs.

I'm tapping my foot like Sonic The Hedgehog waiting for Crosby to provide some offensive support.

Btw, who put that Carter guy on the team? he's useless..pfftt. Hope real hockey fans realize what he brings to a team. This is where some of my fellow Canadians (not Kings related) need to wake up.
 
Disappointing results, Canada played solid hockey but no one in USA seemed to take charge. Too many passengers. Quick did his part, that's for sure.
 
Is it too soon to say, that Quick might be the best American Goalie ever to date ?

Quick was just rock solid in that game.

He was excellent in every game he's played in this tournament, unfortunately he had way more support from the rest of the team in every game but the most important one.
 
Well at least the USA Women's got silver for their heartbreak. The Men's were flying all tournament but only gets Bronze.

Edit: If they can even get that!
